INGREDIENTS:
Sauerkraut, Gluten-Free Flour (Rice
Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Potato Starch, Corn Starch,
Tapioca Starch, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Salt,
Vegetable Fibers), Water, Mushrooms, Semolina, Salt,
Canola Oil, Black Peper,Sugar, Allspice

BOILING COOKING:
Place 5-6 FROZEN pierogi in 7 cups of boiling water. Gently stir pierogi to prevent sticking. Simmer on low for 5-7 minutes. Place them on a plate with melted butter. Serve with sour cream.

PAN FRY COOKING:
Place FROZEN pierogi in a medium-hot non stick pan with oil. Fry pierogi flipping frequently until golden brown on each side. Add 1/4 cup of water to pan and steam covered for 5-7 minutes.
